John J. Joyce president of Joyce Insurance Group and Senior Partner of Joyce Jackman and Bell Insurors, LLC announces acquisition of the assets of Murray Insurance Agency.

Mr. Joyce looks forward to having his agency provide the customers at Murray Insurance Agency with the same quality of service that the customers of the Joyce Agencies have grown accustomed to over the past 55 years.

This recent acquisition of the assets of the Murray locations in Scranton and Phoenixville adds to the presence of the Joyce Agency in Pennsylvania. Joyce Insurance Group currently has locations in Pittston, Old Forge, Hazleton and Nanticoke. Joyce, Jackman and Bell currently has locations in Pittston and Scranton.

Effective immediately under the direction of John Joyce the Murray Insurance name will be changed to Joyce, Haggerty and Bell Insurance Group, LLC. John and his partners, Joseph J. Joyce, Jr., Bill Joyce, John Joyce II, Brian Bell, Andrew Bell, and James Haggerty have worked very closely with Mark Conway, Trustee for the Murray Agency, and expect a smooth transition. Customers are encouraged to call the Agency with any questions or concerns regarding their current policies.
